Cancellation policy

  • Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the price of the treatment.
  • Failure to cancel prior to the booking will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the price of the treatment.
  • Notification for rescheduling appointments, will also have to be given 24 hours in advance.
